The Hongjiaozhou Water Plant in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, is a major livelihood project of the city. Its construction dates back to 2013, with Phase I undergoing trial water supply in July of that year. Following multiple phases of development, Phase II was officially put into trial operation in 2020, continuously enhancing the region’s water supply security. The plant is operated and managed by Jiangxi Hongcheng Environment Co., Ltd. and serves as an important component of Nanchang’s urban water supply system.

During the plant’s intelligent upgrading process, Kedi Intelligent played a key role in its automation renovation and smart water construction, leading the deployment of the Integrated Production Monitoring System and the Municipal Water Plant Digital Twin System. This enabled full-process digital management and intelligent operation of the plant. With its innovative technological achievements, the project received national-level recognition and was successfully included in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s Smart Water Innovation Project Catalogue, becoming a benchmark case in the industry.
