Beihu Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuhan, Hubei Province, was established in 2016, located in Qingshan District (Chemical Industry Zone) of Wuhan. Its design capacity is 1.5 million tons/day, with a current construction capacity of 800,000 tons/day. It is the largest wastewater treatment plant in China built in a single phase, designed to collect and centrally treat wastewater from the Shahu, Erlangmiao, Luobuzui, Qingshan, and Baiyushan areas.

Xiaogan City No. 3 Water Plant is a major livelihood infrastructure project in Xiaogan City. Its construction dates back to 1999, when it was officially approved by the Hubei Provincial Planning Commission.
