The Kedi Intelligent Municipal Water Plant Digital Twin Optimization Scheduling System (KDDTS-MWP1000®) is a new-generation physical information system specifically developed to improve water production scheduling efficiency and reduce operating costs. The system integrates equipment and sensor data with infrastructure, water intake and supply networks, pump characteristics, electricity price rules, and relevant historical data to build an accurate hydraulic mechanism model. Using BIM and 3D Unreal Engine, it provides a more intuitive and convenient human-machine interaction experience for users, supporting full-process simulation of water plant production and enabling efficient scheduling strategy formulation. Additionally, leveraging modern information technologies, the system offers water level forecasting, supply optimization, and intelligent decision support, providing a comprehensive solution for integrated data, business, and scheduling management, and supporting the construction of modern digital twin smart water plants.
