Xiaogan City No. 3 Water Plant is a major livelihood infrastructure project in Xiaogan City. Its construction dates back to 1999, when it was officially approved by the Hubei Provincial Planning Commission. The project was officially completed and put into operation on December 30, 2009, with an initial design capacity of 300,000 tons/day. It effectively alleviated the water supply pressure for 380,000 urban residents and became a core component of the city’s water supply system.

In this project, Kedi Intelligent, as the general contractor for system integration and equipment, provided one-stop turnkey services covering supply, installation, and commissioning of all plant process equipment, electrical equipment, and instrumentation & automation systems. By deploying the municipal water plant integrated production monitoring system and the AI dosing system, the project achieved precise control and intelligent optimization of plant operations, significantly improving water supply stability and energy efficiency.
