The Kedi Intelligent Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Digital Twin Decision Optimization System (KDDOS-MWTP1000®) is a new-generation physical information system specifically developed to meet the production operation and parameter optimization needs of municipal wastewater treatment plants using various treatment processes. The system is based on internationally advanced wastewater treatment process simulation tools with open-source code, a self-developed intelligent data engine, database technology, and BIM technology, constructing full-process process mechanism models and physical models of plant entities. Using a 3D Unreal Engine and visual human-machine interaction technology, it enables steady-state simulation of the treatment process, historical dynamic simulation, and real-time online simulation by connecting with SCADA system data. The system can predict effluent quality under abnormal conditions such as shock loads, high-temperature dry season, high-temperature rainy season, low-temperature dry season, and low-temperature rainy season, while evaluating operational parameters for production staff to intuitively adjust, dynamically assess control strategies, and forecast control outcomes.
