The Kedi Intelligent Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant AI Coordination and Optimization Control System (KDICS-MWTP1000®) is a new-generation core technology product specifically developed to address the complex coupling issues of biochemical treatment processes in municipal wastewater treatment plants. Based on three major technical features—multi-objective coordinated control, dynamic adaptive regulation, and full-process adaptability—the system builds an intelligent optimization model for nitrogen and phosphorus removal. By applying a multivariable coordination control strategy, it precisely regulates key biochemical parameters such as dissolved oxygen and nitrate nitrogen, dynamically tracks influent fluctuations, and predicts effluent compliance. It effectively reduces aeration energy consumption, optimizes carbon source supplementation, and decreases PAM/PAC dosing. It supports coordinated control of key variables including aeration volume, reflux volume, and carbon source dosing. The system has been widely adapted to biochemical processes such as A/O, A²O, SBR, CAST, MBR, MBBR, and AGS.
